Executive Chef Michael Otto has been employed at the Pocasset Golf Club going on ten seasons. Previously, Michael has held Sous Chef Positions at both, Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee, MA and The Starr Pass Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ.
Michael began his culinary career at the Hyannisport Golf Club where he learned his basic skills, which were later honed at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Michael Received a Fellowship for his final year graduating Cum Laude with an A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Management. Michael is currently also a Culinary Arts Professor for Cape Cod Community College.
