Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation deadline is (1) week prior to the tournament:
• Any player may cancel without penalty prior to the cancellation deadline. 
• Any cancellations after this date will be responsible for 25% of the entry fee.

Tournament Information

• Entry Fee: $320 /player
  
  • Includes: Golf, Food, Prizes, Round #2 Cart Fee.
• Pocasset Members will receive a $150. credit.
• Round #1 Optional Cart Fee:  $ 27.00 / Player / Round
  • Players may walk or ride for Round #1.
    

Tournament Schedule

Round #1:  Saturday:  8:30 a.m.  Tee Times Begin (Split Tee off holes 1 & 10)

• Lite breakfast will be served prior to round.
• Members will have Tee Time Preference.
  
• Teams may choose pairings for Round #1.
  
• Pro Shop will try to accommodate all tee times range request.
• Appetizers following round.
  

Round #2:  Sunday:  8:30 a.m. Shotgun 

• Pairings will be determined by Day #1 point totals with leaders starting on the 1st hole.
• Lite breakfast prior to round.
• Heavy Appetizers following round.

Format

• Gross & Net stroke play team event.  No handicap restriction between partners.
• Tournament Tees:  Please select your tee during registration.
  
  • Blue Tee:  Gross & Net
  • Green Tee: Net Only
• The tournament will be flighted by tee box and will compete separately.
• The overall champions must play from the Blue Tees.
• Teams may consist of Member/Member, Member/Guest or Guest/Guest. 
  

Round #1

• Front Nine - Two person scramble.
• Back Nine - Select drive alternate shot.  Each partner will hit a drive from the teeing ground.  Partners will then select the best drive and alternate shots until ball is holed out. 
  

Round #2

• 1 Best Ball of 2 - All Birdies count
  • If both players make a birdie or better than both balls will count.
  • Scoring Example on a Par 5:  Player A makes a 4 (Birdie) & Player B makes a 4 (Birdie) the team score is -2 on this hole.

Ties

• 1st Place ties will be decided by a Sudden Death Playoff starting on Hole #1.
• All other ties will be carded off.

Prizes

Overall Prizes - Prizes will be based on field size.
