Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation deadline is (1) week prior to the tournament:
• Any player may cancel without penalty prior to the cancellation deadline. 
• Any cancellations after this date will be responsible for 25% of the entry fee.

  • Guest:  $210 / player - Golf & Dinner
  • Member: $80 / player - Golf Only
  • Guest: $135 / player - Golf Only
  • Dinner:  $110 / person - Dinner Only - Member or Guest

Schedule of Events

• Time: 1:00 p.m. Shotgun
•  Teams: 
  • Members bringing guest(s) will be paired with their guest(s).
  • Members can sign up as a foursome.
  • Members that sign up as a single/twosome/threesome will be paired with players to fill out foursome.
• Dinner and Tasting will begin following golf. 

Format

• 2 best balls of 4:1 best ball gross & 1 best ball net cannot be the same ball.

Reception Information

The Grill Room will be offering a selection of bourbons from various makers.  Attendees will enjoy the subtle flavors pulled from the oak barrels of their maker.

The beverages will be paired with Chef Mike's outstanding cuisine featuring a great selection of passed hors d'oeuvres and a sumptuous dinner buffet.
